Jeff Rogers is Chairman for OneAccord Partners & Capital, based in Kirkland with offices on the West Coast. Jeff founded OneAccord after 20 years with The Southwestern Company. OneAccord provides senior leadership to private companies to build their value. OneAccord Capital is focused on the acquisition of Northwest based privately held manufacturing & distribution companies. Working with a team of values-aligned professionals, they are currently operating 3 companies, with 2 acquisitions planned for 2018, with an eventual portfolio of 6 operating businesses. Another fund is under development for 2018. In 2015, OneAccord added investment banking to their offering. The goal is to empower business owners who are ready to transition out of their business to meet their personal goals. They handle the details from valuation to marketing, negotiations and due diligence all the way through any post-closing activities.
Jeff also founded KIROS which has chapters in the Northwest – with thousands of business women & men attending in the marketplace. KIROS is an organization that equips business people in making a deeper connection between faith and work.
Jeff & Amy have been married 30 years with 3 girls, Lauren, Addy, and Camryn. Amy & Jeff founded Doingood.org, which developed a school in the village of Wamala Uganda. They have also led business start-up seminars to over 1500 entrepreneurs in the region. He also serves on 4 non-profit boards and 4 company boards in the area. As a hobby he has been racing for 10 years – first in a Porsche and now an open-wheel vintage Formula car.
KIROS founder Jeff Rogers, and founding board member Al Erisman will dialogue about these foundational questions at our February Bellevue meeting. Our goal is to bring everyone into the discussion of these important issues, equipping each of us to live out our faith in the business assignment God has given us.
