Scott Hardman, Managing Director of Alexander Hutton, for the past twenty-four years, focuses on the sale of successful Pacific Northwest private companies. Scott has particular expertise in healthcare and manufacturing transactions. Previously, Scott established the international division of a financial consulting firm, where he consulted with banks and businesses across the United States and in 28 countries on questions pertaining to finance, valuation and management. From 1989 to 1994, he served as Chairman and CEO of a Seattle based diversified manufacturing company where he conducted acquisitions, divestitures and private placements.
In addition to his responsibilities at Alexander Hutton, Scott is the former Chairman and President of Oaklins International, of which Alexander Hutton is the Seattle office. Scott serves on numerous corporate, charitable and institutional boards of directors including UW Medicine/Northwest Hospital, was the Founding Chair of Earl Palmer Ministries and for many years served as the co-Chair for the Seattle King County Prayer Breakfast. Active in public affairs, he was a 1994 candidate for the United States Senate and previously served as the Chair of the State of Washington’s Economic Development Finance Authority.
Scott earned an MBA from the University of Washington; and an MA from Fuller Seminary. He is a third-generation resident of Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood and is married with three children and three grandchildren. He and his wife Pattei are members of University Presbyterian Church.

$24 refund provided for breakfast registration if cancellation is 1 week or more prior to the event. There will be no credits or refunds for cancellations within one week of an event.
Name tags will be printed for those that register by Wednesday afternoon, May 9th.
