Who is the Workshop For?
Upon hearing the term “job fair,” many envision a mass hiring event for entry-level jobs. While many employers participate in job fairs hopeful in filling jobs where high-transition occurs – job fairs can facilitate a critically important component in the hiring process – important to all job seekers including those at management levels.
What Will the Workshop Include?
The KIROS Transitions Workshop will present a road map and other helpful information to assist people to more effectively navigate and gain greater value when attending a job fair. Information will be presented in a fashion so job seekers can better understand job fairs from an employer’s point of view, allowing for more effective preparation and greater likelihood of success at future job fairs.
