Margaret has twenty years’ experience supporting workers in the healthcare, government and educational industries. Margaret has successfully delivered over 200 career planning workshops and training programs for executives, healthcare workers, sales professionals, college students, government workers, union workers, skilled trade workers, and manufacturing workers.

She coaches workers to strategize their own career path and explore new ways to use their dependable strengths in the world of work. As an advocate and practitioner of positive psychology, Margaret uses a strengths based approach and encourages workers to expand their skills sets and continue to grow within their current work environment. In addition, she has published an e-book entitled The Art of Influential Leadership.

Event Details:
KIROS Transitions is a resource for people in career transition. The agenda for our Zoom meeting will include introductions and practice of 45 second elevator speeches (optional), speaker presentation, and Q & A time.
