Ben Sterciuc

Dr. Ben Sterciuc is a COVOCATIONAL minister and founder of a nonprofit organization VITAL Solutions, and is the CEO of Elder Placements, Inc., a geriatric consulting company based out of Kirkland, WA, that he founded 30 years ago. Ben holds several degrees both in the medical field as well as theology, and has been engaged simultaneously both in the marketplace and in ministry for over 30 years. In addition, Ben has been actively involved in the local community through different projects and initiatives such as Awaken Seattle, 100 days of prayer for Seattle, as well as planting churches locally and globally.

Ben and his wife Lia are part of a local church in Kirkland, enjoy their 2 children and their 4 grandchildren, who also live in the same area. Ben and Lia love to travel and enjoy a very active lifestyle. Their most recent adventure was completing the 12-day Everest Base Camp expedition in Nepal, in May 2025, celebrating Ben’s birthday on mount Everest.

Ben has been attending KIROS for a number of years and loves this organization because “it truly provides the right network context for me as a COVOCATIONAL minister by empowering believers to activate their gifts both in the marketplace and in ministry.”
