Phil Goodman

Phil Goodman is the Founder and Managing Director of Talent Realized, a firm that provides small businesses, non-profits, and churches with access to a fractional Chief People Officer—the CEO’s trusted People advisor. With a 20+ year career spanning missionary work to serving as an HR executive at a high-growth tech company, he is passionate about creating life-giving workplaces that lead to life-changing impacts.

Today Phil leads a world-class team of fractional Chief People Officers with over 200 years of combined experience across small businesses, Fortune 100 companies, and faith-based organizations. In addition to aligning people strategy with business goals, the team helps Christian business owners live out their faith in the workplace—legally and strategically—ensuring consistency with their mission and values.

Phil holds an MBA from Seattle University, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and also serves on the board of Peak 7 Adventures. He and his wife Rachel attend Canyon Hills Community Church and live in Seattle with their three children. An outdoor enthusiast, Phil enjoys mountain running, obstacle course races, and quiet moments in God’s creation.
