We are here to set the context that creates a rooted community at a practical and emotional level — connecting, encouraging, and equipping each other for transformation of our business communities.
Our unmatched level of accessibility and balance sets us apart.
+ We balance thoughtfulness with practicality. Our meeting environment welcomes theologically-minded individuals and working professionals alike.
+ We bridge the gap between people who think business means mission and people who think the nature of work and business has intrinsic value. We equally affirm both.
+ We focus on a wide variety of working professionals, not just high-level leaders, and entrepreneurs, but people from all walks of business life. At the same time, we aim to work across sectors, e.g., in financial services, the trades, design, manufacturing, sale, consulting; and with a diverse community: business owners, young entry-level employees, executives, entrepreneurs, retired seniors, men and women, etc.
+ We are not a networking group but we believe in the power of transformed, meaningful, and rooted relationships, which may or may not lead people to work with one another.
So what we are saying is: we are balanced and we are accessible. This doesn’t mean we are diluted. It means we are transformed and rooted.
