Active in the faith at work movement, she regularly speaks on the topics of meaningful work, Sabbath, leadership, gender, and motivation. Speaker Topic
Denise will share from her new book (w/ Shannon Vandewarker), Working in the Presence of God, about ways to invite God into our everyday lives and incorporate spiritual disciplines into the rhythms of our work. While we often think of spiritual disciplines as practiced in quiet times set aside for God, this KIROS gathering will explore ways to engage in these practices in the midst of an ordinary workday.
