Topic to be announced
The central theme of Kristen’s life and work is to ‘Learn from the past. Prepare for the future. Live in the Present.’ She began her career working in higher education with the aim of engaging the curricular and co-curricular more cohesively to enhance the educative experience for students, staff, and faculty. When she was introduced to Industrial-Organizational Psychology, however, she knew she had found her deeper calling. In her staff consultant role at Scontrino-Powell, Kristen works at the individual, team, and organization levels to develop sustainable solutions for clients by integrating evidence-based research and practical experience. Additionally, Kristen is certified as a StrengthsFinder coach and trainer, serves on Taproot Theatre Company’s Board of Directors, and teaches as an adjunct professor at Seattle Pacific University.
