Job Description:
This position reports directly to the Director of Client Services.

Responsibilities include:
• Serve as the point of first contact in client communications
• Act as the bridge between the client and Client Advisor
• Personalize the client’s service experience
• Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate a seamless presentation of services
• Support the Client Advisor in meeting the client’s investment objectives
• Schedule and prepare for ongoing client meetings
• Ensure the firm keeps our commitments to our clients
• Prioritize and complete work in accordance with workflow in database
• Administrate account paperwork and written communication
• Track project deliverables and schedules accurately
• Develop and review customer relations policies and procedures
• Implement internal processes and methodologies to ensure smooth execution
• Create a variety of forms, letters, reports, and presentations
• Learn the financial custodial interface and function well within it

Job Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have a passion for administering an excellent client experience and overseeing the daily function of the office, including:

• Experience in the financial/investment industry preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Uncompromising integrity
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and confident interpersonal
skills with clients and with the team
• Displaying calm, courteous and kind behavior to all visitors
• Extensive knowledge of the MS Office 365 Suite, and desire to learn new programs and
systems. Experience using CRM programs or the ability to learn and adapt to new
• Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Perform effectively under workload changes and competing demands
• A strong attention to detail and follow-through on tasks
• Identifying and analyzing problems, researching their context, discovering the most
effective solution
• Collaborative team player
• An ability to build, manage and maintain supportive relationships with third party
