01 Join professionals with purpose:
At World Vision USA you’ll join people who are all-in to impact the lives of the world’s most vulnerable children. Our recipe includes love of all people, fiscal responsibility, and targeting the root causes of poverty. All in service to Jesus. Our purpose includes human transformation for the most vulnerable and for the donors who support them. And the impact is real. Every day we see donors’ hearts draw closer to the heart God has for children, families, and communities affected by poverty and injustice. The work you’ll do here will help make it possible that every 60 seconds a family gets water, a hungry child is fed, and a family gets the tools they need to overcome poverty.

02 The Job:
Digital Product Management at World Vision means delivering a donor experience that effectively acquires new donors and drives existing donor satisfaction, referrals, and transformation. In this role you’ll have the opportunity for broad reaching impact on the end-to-end donor journey. You’ll bring a digital vision to life focused on experiences that minister to our donors, offer new ways to give, and new ways to participate in a global community. You’ll dig deep into donor behavioral data to translate the vision into an experience where supporting World Vision is not just simple and seamless, it’s rewarding and transformational. You’ll drive the product development process from end-to-end, working with a team of UX/UI Designers, Content Creators, a UX/Digital Analyst, Web Producers and Developers. You’ll have a major role in working with interdepartmental stakeholders, helping refine their vision and optimize results. You’ll prioritize features and functions in an agile environment balancing organizational goals and donor needs.

03 What success looks like:
(1) Continuous improvement on critical KPIs; Conversion, CSAT, and NPS scores and the underlying metrics that drive those results. (2) Data driven business cases for building and optimizing features and functions that will drive improvement. (3) Effective leadership of a team of peers through the product development process, including human-centered design, design sprints, and agile development. (4) Informative participation with executives in roadmap prioritization. (5) Productive relationships with a broad array of internal stakeholders.

04 About your team:
The Digital Experience team sits inside the broader Digital team at World Vision. It plays a role in digital channel success, delivering experiences on our core digital properties. It also plays a key function in supporting other channel team needs, designing and building experiences that support potential church, corporate, government and philanthropic partners. The team is full of competent, compassionate, authentic people who love making life-changing digital experiences and love Jesus in the process. Having fun while crushing it is a priority for us. So is your personal and spiritual well-being. You’ll report to the Director of Digital Experience, whose responsibilities include owned experiences, social media platforms, and content marketing.

The Digital Experience team sits within the larger Digital Services group that includes digital marketing, digital product management, social media, content marketing, digital design, development, marketing automation, CRM and technical support. Other close collaborators include our internal creative agency and our segment, product, and channel marketing teams. You’ll be joining the team that flipped the script on child sponsorship with the introduction of Chosen®, recognized by AdWeek, MediaPost, Upworthy, Christianity Today and winner of two 2020 ANA REGGIE Awards.
