We are looking for a team-member as our front desk receptionist and assistant to our office manager.
We are looking for someone who has a spirit of excellence in the ordinary and who has a self-employed
mentality. For someone who has a consistently positive, can-do attitude and who works great with other
team members. This person needs to be detail oriented. We are looking for someone who is emotionally
mature (no gossip, a team player, high minded & one who speaks life) and who is comfortable with
communicating with people over the phone, in an email and in person. This person is predominantly the
first interaction between customers coming through our doors and will assist in guiding them to what
they need. This is a very important position on our team!
Here are a few of the job responsibilities that this important role would include:
Customer Service
Answering phone calls, taking messages, directing people to sales personnel.
Mail/Shipping & Receiving
Organized, able to stay focused and complete projects
Light cleaning/dusting office & cleaning windows in office. Keep area clean and clutter free
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is a plus (willing to train the right candidate)
Data entry
Assist and support all departments
A few qualifications that are required for this position is that you have a gift of organization, you are
passionate about being on-team and helping the team to move forward to do what we’ve never done
before. Being able to multi-task is very important. Must have a positive, can-do attitude as well as being
kind and humble.

establishment of Wooldridge Boats. The evolution of Wooldridge Boats during these many decades
