Puzzle Break is headquartered in Seattle with locations in Long Island, Massachusetts, and on Royal Caribbean ships. Founded in 2013, Puzzle Break is America’s first escape room company. In addition to its physical locations, which are currently closed due to COVID 19, the company builds custom experiences for corporate team building and operates several portable escape rooms at conferences and events.

Job Overview:
In response to the pandemic Puzzle Break quickly pivoted operations to 100% online to great success. Today we offer 3 virtual escape experiences with more on the way. As we continue to grow and add more exciting products to our list, we need someone to step in and support our growing marketing needs.

This is a full-time position with hours 8:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Time. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.

Support and manage the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Identify and execute upon additional marketing opportunities to drive business growth
Create social media posts at least weekly for our Facebook and Instagram accounts and manage Social media marketing campaigns.
Review analytics and create weekly reports on key metrics
Research target audiences and create content that resonates with them
Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around Puzzle Break’s new product launches
Proactively identify and develop creative social media marketing activations that will allow us to stand out in a crowded marketplace
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
Support the development of creative pitch decks to present to potential clients
Identify and execute upon additional marketing opportunities to drive business growth

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2 – 3 years’ experience in marketing/brand management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of all social networking platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
