Develop, manage and implement, on a full-time basis, a commercial strategy towards a specific set of Key End User, OEM or specialized Accounts and its Ecosystem, deliver profitable growth country wide. Collaborate with Regional sales Teams, Distribution and SI Partners to deliver the right customer experience and get EcoStruxure specified at discrete and hybrid End Users. Knowledge of hybrid and discrete automation markets is essential. A strong balance of sales accountability, mentoring and coaching in a matrixed environment is a must.
Demonstrated experience and success within a team selling environment is a must. Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to build executive level relationships, align solutions and business strategies, and create the demand to close orders.
