Do you anticipate what people need before they ask? If so, keep reading … The Financial Advisor/Owner at AFG Financial is looking for a Paraplanner/ Administrative Assistant to add to our team. This is a small and growing business with the desire to help clients become better financial stewards. We work from a home office. Hours and location can be flexible as long as we get the job done for our clients. The candidate selected will play a key part in the success of helping clients become better financial stewards by providing administrative support in the financial planning and services provided by our firm.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENT • Uses discernment with confidential information, • Gets stuff DONE! • Sets a goal then takes action to conquer it! • Multi-tasks • Extremely organized and detail oriented • Able to retain complex process flows • Enjoys filling out forms and completing paperwork • Willing to file, vacuum, and tidy the work space if that’s what it takes to get things done • Has a servant’s heart to do the work to make it easy for our clients • Has read at least one book by Dave Ramsey or listened to him (radio or podcast) • Is always learning, growing, and being stretched • Able to work well with advisor and other administrative assistants • Desires to be a part of something larger than themselves • Knows how to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter,etc. • Knows how to use or quickly learns Redtail CRM; Right Capital, Advyson, Calendly, Hootsuite • Comfortable calling clients and vendors to set appointments or follow-up on outstanding items • Good communicator –professional and conversational (written and oral) • Comfortable working in my Christian home based business • Prefer candidates with Series 7 and 65 and insurance license but could obtain after hiring. Works hard but also likes to have fun while getting things done!
