01 The Job As Print Fulfillment Specialist, you will utilize software to print documents and convert videos, and assemble and prepare materials for shipment in support of marketing and fundraising activities. Help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign.

Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Attend and participate in the leadership of devotions, weekly Chapel services, and regular prayer.
Assemble and sort marketing materials for mailing. Prepare mailing labels and envelopes.
Operate print software to print letters and run reports.
Construct video picture folders and/or other digital marketing tools.
Load videos onto chips and place in correct picture folder.
Ensure accuracy of all data and meet agreed upon deadlines.
Process all outgoing mail (i.e., first and third class, domestic and international) using postage metering system to ensure proper postage for timely and accurate delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as part of a team.
Keep informed of organizational announcements, activities and changes via regular reading of the WVUS Intranet and other corporate communication tools.
