The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for executing projects and activities for the organization. Working with the Vice President of Inside sales Operations, the PM will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of a project are compatible and are appropriate for the culture of the Company.

Extensive computers skills are necessary for the performance of this role.

Essential Job Functions

• This is a manufacturing company, which produces lighted mirrors for several types of commercial and personal use buildings.
• Everyone at Electric Mirror is dedicated to the fulfillment of this service, from new orders to shipments and everything in between.

Essential Role Functions
• Project Management
o Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure program and project goals are achieved.
o Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent
o Leverage relationships with other departments to facilitate priorities and resources
o Accurate and timely reporting on program or project progress, issues and decisions.
o Ensuring goals are met in stakeholder satisfaction
o Completion of other tasks as assigned by the manager.
o Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
o Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
o Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
o Report and escalate to management as needed
o Perform risk management to minimize project risks
o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
o Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
o Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
o Use and continually develop leadership skills
o Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs


Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Professional
o Minimum of 2 years’ experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishment in the project life-cycle
o Considerable experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining project strategies to meet organizational objectives.
o Additional experience in commercial, healthcare, senior living, multi-family and/or residential sectors preferred
o Experience in product management a plus
o Experience in outsourcing a plus
• Personal
o Must be very organized and detailed oriented.
o Able to handle a high volume of tasks and deliverables.
o Proven stakeholder management skills.
o Proven communication skills.
o Proven experience directing a team.
o Team player, self-motivated, positive disposition, and problem-solver
o Highly polished interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Technical
o Experience in both domestic and global manufacturing
o Experience in ERP and CRM programs preferred.
o Ability to communicate and sell ideas
• Education
o Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or equivalent experience.
o Project Management certifications preferred

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some activity such as filing and lifting up to 10 pounds on an occasional basis is required.
