ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the Project Management, Solutions Engineering, and Advanced Vision teams primarily on Key Account customer opportunities and projects
• Generate and present project schedules and plans to customers
• Ensure the project master issue list (MIL) is up to date
• Coordinate resources to ensure key tasks and deliverables are completed on time
• Communicate with relevant corporate departments in different offices in the US, in China, Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam
• Work closely with vendors and system integration partners to ensure on time deliveries
• Lead and take notes in internal and external project meetings
• Negotiate timelines and scope both internally and externally
• Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement with a focus on efficiency
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree (technical strongly preferred)
• 3+ years relevant work experience desired
• General understanding of engineering concepts such as programming and optics
• Highly organized with an ability to efficiently work on numerous projects and tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of project management methodologies and terms
• Comfortable and experienced in fast tracking and crashing projects
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills including strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while asking needed questions
• Ability to deliver effective work outcomes and meet deadlines/targets
• Ability to recognize when to escalate
• Passionate and driven to achieve excellence in role
• Comfortable presenting ideas to customers and all levels of management
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Microsoft Project is a plus
