Level: Mid-Level
Job Design: GTM Implementation Planning and Management – 60%, Project Management of Key Annual Campaigns – 30%, Reporting Back – 10%.
Must-Have Experience: A Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of equivalent work experience. You also have at least 5 years work experience in project management and marketing or a closely related field. As part of this experience, we’re needing a minimum of 3 years of project management experience. A natural ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with a variety of teams and people across all levels of an organization including senior leaders.
Nice-To-Have Experience: Previous supervisory work experience as well as project management certification (e.g. Project Management Professional – PMP Certification).
Location: Prefer Federal Way, WA (near Seattle) but willing to consider a remote work arrangement.

As Senior Project Manager, Go-To-Market your expertise will be brought to bear on work that is close to the heart of God (in the spirit of Matthew 25:34-40). See yourself playing a pivotal role in bringing our marketing plans to life to help inspire donors to partner with us and deliver transformational experiences and impact. You will join a team of passionate individuals who are “all-in” to impact the lives of the world’s most vulnerable children, families and communities. A new effort to strengthen marketing implementation and execution will be led by a group of individuals representing all key functions. That’s where you come in! We are searching for a strong project leader who can foster collaboration, influence cross functional teams to achieve buy-in, establish milestones, and hold teams accountable to their outcomes. If you are an outstanding communicator and effective influencer, someone who understands the importance of buy-in, and you possess the skills to work in a fast-paced hybrid work environment and able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping focused on the big picture, then come and join our team!
You’ll report to and work in close collaboration with the Senior Director of Segment & Product Marketing and be part of our 9-person team of passionate product and segment marketers, as well as our Mass Implementation Team of professionals that crosses sales, marketing, and support teams.

03 What success looks like (1) Drive successful execution of our annual GTM Implementation Plan by understanding the context and goals of the Mass Marketing Plan, then tracking and reporting on marketing implementation plans across Mass Marketing teams. (2) Create and sustain strong relationships across all stakeholders, including but not limited to; the Mass Implementation Team, product marketing teams, sales teams, and support teams. (3) Create long and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones by partnering with working teams to build work-back plans. (4) Identify and introduce tools to support virtual collaboration and project tracking (e.g. whiteboarding, visualization tools, project dashboards, virtual real-time discussions, etc.) to successfully execute plans. (5) Assist in the collection of data and production of reports designed to support the analysis of the GTM plan performance.
