Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission (the Mission) is seeking a Senior Director of Women and Children’s Ministries to serve the guests of the Mission, lead a gifted team of staff and volunteers, and oversee all related programs and facilities.

The Senior Director oversees all programs for Women and Children’s Ministries (WCM), providing leadership and supervision for a department consisting of approximately 35 staff members and an increasing number of volunteers. The Senior Director also develops partnerships with churches and other organizations to serve our homeless neighbors, providing expertise and consultation support.
