Level: Senior (8-10 years minimum experience)
Must-Have Experience: This is a new hybrid role with 70% emphasis on digital analytics and 30% emphasis on user experience research. Requires experience working in a role focused on digital analytics to structure, transform and visualize data. Strong SQL skills and experience with Google Analytics a must. Experience with UX evaluation and testing tools (heat mapping, session analysis, surveying, user testing and A/B testing), and/or a strong desire and propensity for learning new tools for user testing and analysis. Proven ability to visualize and prepare and present data analysis to executive-level stakeholders. Proven track record of skills acquisition and continuous learning. Ability to create productive collaborative relationships through influence.
Nice-To-Have Experience: Solid understanding of online marketing in a past or current role. Experience within an eCommerce environment. Active participation in design thinking and lean UX/UI development processes. Active collaboration feeding insights into the product development process, including partnership with product management.
Location: Prefer Seattle area base (office is in Federal Way, WA). Remote possible w/preference for Pacific NW base for ease of travel to the HQ office as needed post-pandemic.
Salary Range: $90K-115K (approx. DOE)

As Senior Digital Analytics & User Experience Manager your expertise will be brought to bear on work that is close to the heart of God (in the spirit of Matthew 25:34-40). This is a forward-looking and new role for World Vision US. The objective of which is to combine qualitative and quantitative analysis of our donor experience that helps drive improved conversion, average gift, satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals. On the User Experience (UX) side you will use a suite of tools to evaluate current donor behaviors and you’ll run testing to predict and refine how well future experiences will resonate with them. On the digital analysis side you’ll gather and analyze data from our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), web analytics, social analytics, Marketing Automation and CRM systems to draw conclusions around current donor behaviors. You’ll design tests to help discern how to improve against key metrics. The right person will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our donor experience. They will provide defensible data analysis to feed strategic and clearly articulated recommendations. Key stakeholders will be product managers, marketing managers, digital directors and VP’s. Report to the Director of Digital Experience whose team sits within the larger Digital Services group that includes digital product management, social media, content marketing, digital design and front-end development. Other close collaborators include our internal creative agency and other segment, product, and channel marketing teams. 02 What success looks like (1) You consistently demonstrate that you’re a voracious learner who will up-level your existing skills and acquire new ones AND inspire the people you work with to do the same. (2) You passionately shape and evolve the design of our digital experience by supplying recommendations that are grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data. Recommendations that could be as specific as a user interface change or as broad sweeping as analysis of digital giving behaviors and recommending cross-channel experience changes. (3) You shape core elements of our donor experience through a combination of behavioral testing and analysis, qualitative testing and analysis, acquisition and analysis of third-party data. (4) You are efficient with the tools of data accessing, manipulating and creating visualization of data from a diverse set of marketing systems and our data warehouse efficiently so that your time can be spent in analysis and recommendations. (5) You glean actionable insights that lead to smart human-centered design decisions on a micro and macro level. (6) You move us further down the spectrum away from speculative to trusted data that ultimately helps us draw straighter lines from the efforts of the design team to our organizational revenue. 05 You Bring A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8 years of equivalent work experience. In addition to education or equivalent, this role requires 8-10 years of previous work experience implementing, managing and/or leading within the user experience and/or digital analytics fields. A strong aptitude for analytics is required. See “must-have” experience in the “At a Glance” section above.
