Speaker Topic:
How do we surrender our work to God enough to let him disrupt?

Change happens so fast that we feel like we have to be poised to adapt to it, versus taking a position that we can be our own disruption to what’s happening.

What is it when you allow the Divine to breathe His will so that you don’t need to go into crisis to have breakthrough thinking? How do we allow God to be the author of His timing of disruption and we be catalysts within our organization, as opposed to letting the world dictate that disruption.
