Mason Rutledge
Mason Rutledge, M.Div., CLC, serves as President of New Canaan Society, a marketplace ministry serving men across 40 markets. He previously led with two Seattle-based ministries, C3 Leaders and CRISTA. He also spent 25 years with Young Life. Prior to going into vocational ministry, Mason worked in marketing for the world’s largest software reseller.
Mason has a Master of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary and a bachelor’s from Washington State University. Mason has served as an Adjunct Professor at Western Seminary in Oregon and African Theological Seminary in Tanzania. NavPress published his first book, Memorize This! His second study, God Moves, releases soon.
Mason serves as a member of the Equity and Inclusion Task Force for Everett Public School and as a Board member for the Snohomish County Public Facility District for Arts and Entertainment. Mason and his wife, Brenda, have three adult children, a son-in-law, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. They live in Everett, Washington.
Mason has found KIROS to be a place of connection, support and resource for over a decade. You will often find him at the front door of KIROS’ Bellevue Chapter welcoming folks each month. “My own testimony is one of confusion around calling and commerce. I’m thankful for KIROS that provides a place for people to find their calling in commerce. That’s why I’m there to affirm the importance of our marketplace calling.”
