Mason Rutledge

Mason Rutledge, M.Div., CLC, is the Principal Consultant at Grand Avenue Consulting, where he empowers business leaders to thrive and realize their full potential. With an extensive leadership background, he has served as President/CEO of the New Canaan Society, a nationwide non-profit impacting thousands of business professionals across over 50 U.S. markets, and as President of C3 Leaders, where he cultivated small groups for Puget Sound business owners and CEOs to lead integrated and fulfilling lives.

Before his work in community development, Mason gained valuable experience at the world’s largest software reseller. Demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering equity and inclusion, he serves on the Equity and Access Task Force for Everett Public Schools and the Snohomish County Public Facility District for Arts and Entertainment. Previously, he contributed his insights to the Economic Advisory Task Force for Everett Public Schools.

Mason earned a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University’s Edward R. Murrow School of Communication. His academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Professor at Western Seminary in Oregon and African Theological Seminary in Tanzania. He is also an accomplished author, with his first book, Memorize This! published by NavPress, and his upcoming study, God Moves, set to release soon.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mason is deeply rooted in his family and community. He and his wife, Brenda, are proud parents to three married adult children and grandparents to four young grandchildren. In his spare time, Mason enjoys cooking, writing, skiing, and running through the streets of North Everett.

A passionate supporter of KIROS, he frequently welcomes guests to the Bellevue Chapter and values its role in helping individuals discover their calling within the marketplace. Mason’s journey is marked by a profound dedication to leadership, community, and fostering meaningful connections.
